NEW FOR 2008 - MEAT CSA

In response to requests from several customers, we will offer a meat CSA this year.  Only 15 shares will be made availabe - in either 3 or 6 month increments.  The 6 month share is $100/month, the 3 month share  is $125/month.  The three month CSA will run from June through August and include three kinds of broiler chicken, rabbit, and pork.  The six month CSA will run from June through November and includes three types of broiler chicken, rabbit, pork, lamb, quail, pheasant, and will culminate in a Heritage Breed Turkey for Thanksgiving.  We are accepting applicants on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please e-mail us for additional information.  Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!

Pasture Raised Poultry

A $20.00 deposit will be required on all Turkeys. 

Bulk discounts of $0.50/pound is available on broilers with purchases over 5 birds.  Discount is given at time of purchase.

Pasture Raised Pork

Due to increased demand for our pork, we are featuring our Pork Sampler Package, available for sale in May 2008.  The sampler includes 18 lbs of a variety of cuts of pork, including:  smoked shoulder steaks, ham steaks, pork chops, bacon, sweet sausage, and breakfast sausage.  Please note that we only offer nitrate-free smoked steaks and bacon.  This is very reasonably priced at $125.  The pork sampler sells out quickly, so please order now.  We will be offering whole, half, and quarter pigs again in June of 2008.  Advance reservation is highly recommended.
